Introduction

CEMPRE – Business Commitment to Recycling is a non-profit association that works to promote recycling, reverse logistics and the concept of shared responsibility in solid waste management provided for in the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), working with the private initiative, the public sector and civil society.

Thus, responsibility and ethics are important values for CEMPRE’s work with its associates, civil society and other association’s stakeholders, including its employees. That is why we implement the necessary measures to protect personal data that are subject to processing, in line with this Policy.

This Privacy Policy is established along the Law No. 13.709/2018, General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD), as well as complementary rules, bringing the definitions, practices and information regarding the processing of personal data in physical media or electronic, including websites, as well as informing about your rights regarding privacy and legal protections and applies to everyone who has personal data processed by CEMPRE.
